Wheelie bin cleaning service
Once every four weeks our wheelie bin cleaning service team will call on the same day as the council empties your bin so please leave your bin out and visible to our operators to collect for cleaning.
Your bin is cleaned in one of our specially equipped vehicles by one of our fully insured operators using an industrial-grade pressure washer system. We have the ability with a southern water-approved method to recycle and dispose of our wastewater.
Not only do our wheelie bin cleaning chemicals smell great and keep your bin smelling fresh they are enzyme-based which are specific in action with unintended side effects which is completely harmless to your pets, garden and surrounding area.
We will not clean your wheelie bin if there is loose pet foul, wet paint, loose shredded paper or a large amount of loose rubbish, as we do not have the facility to take away your rubbish.
Once we have washed and sanitised your wheeliebin, we will email you a payment request if you have registered your email address with us or put a paper payment request through your door at the time of cleaning. We are also able to take payment over the phone or a contactless payment at your door.

How to make payment
On receipt of a payment request by email or letter, please make payment through our website. We are also able to accept payment over the phone or via contactless payment at your door.
Please note that our office is run on a part-time basis with no set hours as we are out busy keeping your bins clean. Always leave us a voicemail, leaving your name, telephone number and customer reference if you have one or contact us by email.
